There is a need for risk and for hazardous material that can be stored at a given material a given place. Waste lands in and around industry need to be afforoested and looked after for five years by the industry and later made local common property. Plant Specific CFO/CFE conditions need to be displayed by each industry with the latest environmemtal Monitoring data depicting their performance interms of land, water and air pollution.

Maximum vulnerable area for hazardous waste release under catastrophic release condition need to be designated. There is a need for making the risk bearers responsible for their health.
