2.     The Terms of the Committee shall be for a period of three years i.e. up to 26/6/2004

3.     The Committee may co-opt other members/panel of experts as necessary with
         the concurrence of the Chairman of the ENVIS Advisory Committee.

4.     The Committee may meet in New Delhi or elsewhere in India as and when necessary.

5.     The Expenditure on TA/DA and Sitting Fee of the Non-official members will be borne by
          the Ministry as admissible under the Government of India rules.
